BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots Rental Agreement / Liability Waiver

This Agreement shall be between you the "Client" and BébéGoGo "Travelling Tots" with it's head office in Montreal, Quebec, for the rental of  "Baby Equipment" and the sales of "Travel Accessories".  BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots remains the sole owner of all its rental Equipment. The Client hereby recognizes that the Equipment shall be for personal use only. By signing and accepting (online) the terms and conditions of this rental agreement, the client  acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms stated below.

Reservations and payment of rental fees
  • A minimum order of $40.00 CDN not including GST (5%) , QST (7.5%) and delivery is required.
  • All reservations must be secured with a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card number.  BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots will confirm your reservation either by email or telephone within 24 hours.
  • Payment of the full amount of the rental fee and delivery will not be charged to your credit card until 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period.
  • Cash payments must be made at time of delivery. If the client fails to pay at the start of the rental period, BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots reserves the right to charge the credit card used to secure the reservation, the entire sum of the rental amount plus a $15.00 non-payment fee.
  • A refundable damage/security deposit may be required on some items.
  • The colours of products may vary from the images shown.  (You will be notified ahead of time if there is a discrepancy)
Cancellation policy
  • All cancellations made within 48 hours of the pre-arranged delivery time will be subject to a $25 administration fee.
  • There are no penalties for adding equipment to orders, but equipment may be subject to availability.
  • Baby Boutique orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned under certain conditions (see below)

Delivery

  • At the time of reservation, please specify whether you require: (a) pick-up/drop off location at Montreal-Trudeau International airport, (b) pick-up/drop off at Montreal train stations, (c) delivery service to your hotel or home, or (d) a combination of the two for delivering or returning equipment.
  • If you will not be present at your hotel at the time of delivery, please advise your hotel that you are expecting rental equipment from BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots. It is the responsibility of the client to specify if they would like the delivery placed in their room or held at the front desk. We will contact your hotel 24 hours before delivery to confirm.
  • There is a fee for delivery of equipment, you will be advised of the applicable charges at the time of reservation.
  • BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots will not be held responsible for late deliveries due to extreme weather conditions and acts of God, but we will do our best to notify the customer in the case of such an unlikely event.
  • BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots does not install car seats. If the customer requires assistance with installation, please contact the local police department for assistance.

Receipt of instruction manuals for equipment

  • The Client will receive instruction manuals published by the manufacturers of the equipment and acknowledges that BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots is not responsible for the Client’s failure to abide by recommendations or instructions in said manuals.
  • By renting equipment from BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots, the Client agrees to read the aforementioned manuals in order to become familiar with, and  properly use the equipment.
  • The client agrees to return the manuals in good condition to BébéGoGo-Travelling-Tots or be charged a $10 reprinting fee.

Returning equipment

  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the equipment is available for pick-up at the agreed upon location and time.
  • If the client does not return the equipment at the agreed upon time and location, BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots reserves the right to charge to the client's credit card a $25 fee, plus rent for each additional day the equipment is kept by the client.  Please notify us in advance if you would like to extend the rental period to avoid this charge.

Damage to or loss of equipment

  • We understand that there is always normal wear and tear that occurs with the use of baby equipment equipment. The client will not be charged for the normal wear and tear of rented equipment.  If your equipment should become damaged please inform us as soon as possible in order to assess and fix the problem.
  • The Client shall accept for use as is the equipment listed on this form, and accept full financial responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in the client's possession.
  • The Client is responsible to pay the full replacement value of any equipment rented under this form that is not returned to BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots.
  • The Client is responsible for the loss, theft, or destruction of equipment and agrees to pay the full replacement value for the equipment .
  • The Client agrees to return the equipment in good condition and will notify BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots  at their earliest convenience if damage to the equipment occurs.
  • A minimum cleaning charge of $10 per item will be applied for excessive soiling of equipment and charged to your credit card.  The client shall pay the necessary costs for excessively soiled material requiring professional cleaning services. Excessive soiling may include chewing gum, vomit, stickers, crayon, markers, or other difficult to remove substances.
  • If our rental products are returned with any odor resulting from smoke, the client will be charged a  fee of up to $50 at BebeGoGo's discretion,  for professional cleaning and odor removal.
Baby Boutique
  • Products offered by our boutique are subject to availability.
  • Orders may be paid for by telephone with a valid Visa or Master Card credit card or by Pay Pal on the BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots website.
  • BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots is not responsible for order errors made by the Client, but we will always do our best to correct any problems that may occur. The Client will receive confirmation of their order by email. It is the Client's responsibility to verify the order.
  • We do not accept items for return that have been opened and used, unless they are defective. Please contact us as soon as possible in order for us top correct any problems.

Return Policy

  • Items sold on the Baby Boutique may be returned within 14 days of purchase if the item is found to be defective and the Client will be given a store credit or exchange. Non-defective returns must be returned within 10 days or receipt of your BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots order. Shipping will be refunded at the discresion of BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots.
  • Feeding products and feeding accessories may not be returned.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours after the of receipt of your goods.  If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please call us at 1.888.338.8316 or send us an email as soon as possible to correct the problem. We will pay to have the product shipped back to our warehouse and send you a replacement or correct  product. Please do not dispose of any of the damaged material or original packing material and invoices. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR INNER PACKING MATERIAL.
  • If the Client is not satisfied with the equipment rented, BébéGoGo-Travelling Tots will, at its discretion, replace the item with another similar item or refund the client's money.

Liability Waiver

By accepting and using the rental equipment, the client and any user, acknowledge that the rental equipment is being used at their own risk.

BébéGogo-Travelling Tots, its employees, owners, affiliates and the equipment manufacturers and distributors and their successors in interest (collectively Providers), will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or damages caused directly or indirectly by the use or misuse of the rental equipment.

The client and any user agree to hold harmless the providers, from any liability for injury, death, property loss or damage which may result directly or indirectly from the use of the rental equipment and from missing or inappropriate parts of the rental equipment, including all liability which may result from acts or missions of the Providers. They further agree to indemnify the Providers for any loss, damage and costs, as well as those which may result from claim or law suit for personal injury, death, property loss or damages related in any way to the use of the rental equipment.

The present contract is governed by the laws of Canada and of the province of Quebec.
